Hardship Policy

INTENT

Rogers Youth Football Association (RYFA) provides assistance to families who wish to participate in our youth football program(s) when it may not be otherwise be possible without financial assistance. Partial or full registration fees may be waived when approved by the RYFA Board of Directors.

WHO IS ELEGIBLE TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE?

Financial assistance is available to applicants who live in Rogers area school boundaries. Scholarships will be awarded to help offset the costs of RYFA registration fees. Slush fund fees, apparel and equipment costs must be paid out of pocket by the family. If equipment costs are prohibitive, please let us know or check local Facebook used equipment pages  The maximum scholarship per player is limited to the total registration fee for the season. Assistance is designed to help families through short-term financial hardships such as loss of income, unemployment, sickness, divorce, death, etc.

Submit a request for assistance to Registrar/Webmaster or any Executive Board member.
